Data we process
- Account information such as your email address, first name, last name, account status and user identifier.
- Organization information, including organization name, ownership and membership information.
- Invitation information needed to invite a person to an Organization and complete Membership setup.
- Weekly Availability information, including Preferred and Unavailable periods, submission status, and Time Exceptions with an optional note.
- Authentication and session information required to sign in securely and keep your session active.
- Technical data necessary to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
How we use this data
- To authenticate users and restore secure sessions.
- To create and manage Organizations and Memberships.
- To send and accept Organization invitations.
- To save, synchronize and display weekly Availability.
- To show Owners the readiness and submission status required by the Team Availability MVP.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
Local device storage
UnbindShift uses local app storage so the mobile app can keep current state and support the local-first Availability workflow. Personal Availability drafts may remain locally until they are synchronized with the server.
Third-party services
UnbindShift uses Google for sign-in and Google Play distribution. Transactional emails, including invitation emails, may be delivered through Resend.
Data retention and deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your UnbindShift account and associated personal data. We do not use account deactivation as a substitute for deletion. In limited cases, some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory reasons. Any such retention is limited to what is necessary.
Current v0.1 scope
The current Team Availability MVP does not contain advertising and does not use precise location, health features, financial-service features, chat, voice messaging, shared images or audio as part of its current functionality.
