Delete your UnbindShift account

You can request permanent deletion of your UnbindShift account and associated personal data at any time. You do not need to have the app installed.

Account deletion is permanent.
It is not the same as signing out, disabling an account, or leaving a single Organization.

How to request deletion

Email apps@unbind.workUse the email address associated with your UnbindShift account whenever possible.

Use the subject: UnbindShift Account Deletion RequestThis helps us identify and process the request correctly.

Verification, if neededIf you contact us from a different email address, we may ask for additional information only to verify that you are the account holder.

What happens next?

What will be deleted
After the request is verified and completed, we will delete the personal data associated with your UnbindShift account, including where applicable:
  • your UnbindShift user profile;
  • authentication and active session data;
  • your Memberships in Organizations;
  • your personal weekly Availability submissions;
  • Preferred and Unavailable Availability periods;
  • Time Exceptions and their optional notes;
  • other account-linked personal data that is no longer required.

Your access to UnbindShift and to the Organizations connected to that account will end.

If you are an Organization Owner
An UnbindShift Organization must have an Owner. If your account owns one or more Organizations, we may need to resolve ownership of those Organizations as part of the deletion request before your account can be removed. We will contact you if this applies. This does not cancel your deletion request.
Data that may need to be retained
We do not use account deactivation as a substitute for account deletion. In limited cases, some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory reasons. Any such retention will be limited to what is necessary and handled consistently with the Privacy Policy.
Google Sign-In
Deleting your UnbindShift account does not delete your Google account. It deletes your UnbindShift account and the associated UnbindShift data covered by the deletion request.
